The cooling ring is a single-body HPDC component. It is fitted on a shot sleeve and connected to the coolant on a separate cooling circuit, eliminating the risk of leakage.

The cooling ring is produced using tool steel forged or rolled blocks.
It is designed for a separate cooling circuit.
It is a standard dimensions component that fits all shot sleeves.
As the cooling ring has a separate cooling circuit, the sleeve doesn’t need to be drilled and therefore leakages are avoided.
