Surface homogeneity of iTherm® plates and inserts
iTherm® Tool plates and inserts are engineered for the highest temperature homogeneity of the working surface. iTherm® Tool plates are manufactured with defined cooling power. Temperature homogeneity is a defined requirement, cooling power is offered for selection.
The cooling power of the iTherm® tool plate correlates directly with production cycle time and productivity. A 50% productivity improvement can be achieved using optimized iTherm® systems (see figure below).
