iTherm® Flat Distributor

iTherm® Flat Distributor is single-body HPDC component with specially designed internal conformal cooling system. It is used in to improve heat extraction from biscuit, resulting in faster biscuit solidifaction.

iTherm® Single gate insert is a single-body component with a specially designed internal conformal cooling system. It is used to assure uniform temperature of the working surface, resulting in higher quality and quicker cooling of moulded part.

iTherm® Tool Plate

iTherm® Tool plate is a single-body component with a specially designed internal conformal cooling system. It is used to ensure the highest temperature homogeneity of the working surface and to decrease the cooling rate, resulting in higher quality and shorter cooling time of moulded parts.

iTherm® Round Distributor

iTherm® Round distributor is a single-body HPDC component with a specially designed internal conformal cooling system. It is used to improve heat extraction from the biscuit and casting channels, resulting in faster biscuit solidification.

iTherm® Multiple Gate Insert Plate

iTherm® Multiple gate insert plate is a single-body component with a specially designed internal conformal cooling system that supplies coolant to multiple inserts in one plate . It is used to optimize the flow of water and eliminate leakages.

iTherm® Core for Engine Block

iTherm® DCTM System

iTherm® DCTM system is cloud based sotware developed to monitor in-service operation of iTherm® components. It is used to optimize the performance of single iTherm® component or complete iTherm® DC injection system.

iTherm® Tool Insert

iTherm® Tool Insert is single-body component with specially designed internal conformal cooling system. It is used to ensure highest temperature homogenity of working surface and to decrease the cooling rate, resulting in higher quality and shorter colling time of molded part.

iTherm® Chill Vent

iTherm® Chill vent is a single-body component with a specially designed internal conformal cooling system. It is used for an immediate freeze of molten Aluminium or Magnesium, resulting in less unplanned downtime and safer casting operation.

iTherm® Water Distribution Plate

iTherm® iTherm® Water distribution plate is a single-body component with a specially designed internal cooling system that simultaneously supplies a series of single gate inserts with a cooling medium. It is used to simplify tool assembly and eliminate leakages.

iTherm® Sprue Bushing

iTherm® Sprue bushing is a single-body component with a specially designed internal cooling system for three-plate casting dies. It is used to increase the cooling rate and results in a shorter cooling time difference between the cast product and the sprue bushing.

iTherm® Feed Ring

iTherm® Feed ring is a single-body component with a specially designed internal cooling system. It is used as an add-on component of the injection system to further improve the biscuit cooling rate, resulting in a faster biscuit solidification.

iTherm® Sprue Bushing

iTherm® Sprue Bushing is a single-body component with a specially designed internal conformal cooling system. It is used in cold runner systems to improve sprue cooling rate, resulting in the elimination of temperature-related sprue sticking and cycle time reduction.

Shot Sleeve

The shot sleeve is a critical component in HPDC process. Its dimensional stability and in-service lifetime are crucial for productivity. We manufacture a variety of standard and thermo regulated shot sleeves, including our specially developed sleeve with protective Integral insert/liner.

iTherm® Hot-Runner Manifold Plate

iTherm® Hot-runner manifold plate is a single-body component with a specially designed internal resin distribution system. It is used to lower the required operating pressure and eliminate blind holes, resulting in a smoother and cleaner resin flow.

Integral Insert

Integral insert/liner is our unique, patented solution for sleeve cost optimization. It is a single-body HPDC component made of a special alloy, used as insert/lining of shoot sleeve to extend its in-service lifetime and decrease the frequency of shot sleeve replacements substantially.

Replaceable Insert

Replaceable Insert is a single-body HPDC component. It is used in the pouring zone to protect the sleeve body resulting in fewer sleeve failures.

Cooling Ring

The cooling ring is a single-body HPDC component. It is fitted on a shot sleeve and connected to the coolant on a separate cooling circuit, eliminating the risk of leakage.

iTherm® Piston

iTherm® Piston/plunger is a single HPDC component with specially designed internal cooling system. Using it results in substantially extended piston lifetime (up to 3x) and less porosity in the cast product.

iTherm® Piston Ring

Piston ring is HPDC component. It is used to assure sealing between the iTherm® Piston and sleeve.

Piston Rod

The piston rod is HPDC component, an essential part of the DC system. We manufacture a variety of standard or custom made piston rods compatible with any die casting system. We also manufacture special HTS piston rods engineered for iTherm® Piston and HTS Rod spray system.

HTS Rod Spray

HTS Rod spray is a specifically developed lubrication solution for iTherm® Die-Casting Injection System. It is used to evenly lubricate the sleeve and minimize lubricant consumption, resulting in higher cast product quality and fewer production downtimes.

Lubricants

AT-160 is a mineral oil-based high-viscosity lubricant without added graphite. It is suitable for all kind of drop or spray lubrication systems.
Available in 19kg plastic tanks or 190kg drums.

AT-180 is a mineral oil-based high-viscosity lubricant with added Boron Nitride. It is especially suitable for structural parts or parts where welding is required.
Available in 19kg plastic tanks.
