Cooling ring is single-body HPDC component. It is fitted on shot sleeve and plugged to the coolant on a separate cooling circuit, eliminating the risk of leakage.
Cooling Ring is produced using tool steel forged or rolled blocks.
It is designed for separate cooling circuit.
It is a standard dimensions component that fits all shot slevees.
As cooling ring has a separate cooling circuit, sleeve doesn’t need to be drilled and therefore leakages are avoided.
Cooling Rings are made using forged tool steel blocks produced in EU.
Most often used grades are 1.2343/H11.
Based on specific customer need, other steel grades can be used.
