iTherm™, conformal cooling industrial components, show exceptional performance in productivity improvement in HPDC as well as plastics. There is new standard set in durability and performance of both iTherm™ Piston and iTherm™ Distributor, where productivity improvement of min 10% are met using these two components alone. iTherm™ Piston is also engineered for durability, which is now after two years of testing proven by exceeding 100.000 shots in all the in-situ tests performed (see iTherm™ technology).
Two significant industrial applications are introduced: (1) a technically advanced iTherm™ Casting Set, that is optimized for particular casting machine for productivity; and (2) new industrial standard in conformal cooling of tool plates and inserts for Injection Molding applications, which are now available off-the-shelf in standard dimensions (more information at iTherm™ Tool Plates and iTherm™ Tool Inserts).
